  • Wycliffe Mutsembi

    A paramedic and director with a vast experience in medical issues having worked for over 17 years with Ministry of Health in various capacities. He is recognized by the American Board of NLP, certified by Theo Bruckers training & Coaching Institute USA and has a wealth of experience in human growth & development training and life coaching. He does part time facilitation with Data Centre Training a firm that offers a wide range of technical empowerment. He is also a training consultant with Arc skills for work training firm a subsidiary of GEMS Education. He has been an associate trainer and life coach with Peak Performance International. He is also a Training Consultant with leading training consultant firms in Kenya -Edge Consult, FutureForce Consultancy and is our team building expert. He has traveled far and wide (Rwanda, Uganda, Ethiopia, Tanzania and Sudan) imparting knowledge in customer care standards and helping humanity on behavioral changes and motivating others to their desired goals. He is a trained TOT and member of the Professional Trainers Association of Kenya (PTAK).

Has served as Managing Director at MMS Healthcare, a visionary planner with over 15 years of experience and with well rounded skills in sales, marketing, new business development, branding and business profitability through marketing strategies and general management. He has great experience in strategic planning, SWOT analysis aspects and balance score card that propel organisations to higher levels of performance. He is also a trainer with Raiser Resource Group, The Crestcom International’s Bullet Proof Manager Programmes and the UK based Insights/Clarity 4D personality training programmes. A responsible, committed and hardworking individual who appreciates and endeavors to work in a clean, healthy and peaceful environment. She is a holder of Doctor of philosophy Degree in Curriculum Studies, Certificate of Proficiency for the requirements of trustee development Program Kenya offered by the College of Insurance, Retirement Benefit Authority and Humber Centre for Employee benefits. She also has a Diploma in public Relations Management at the Kenya Institute of Management and ISO 9001;2008 - Qualified Internal Auditor. Her experience and resourcefulness enables the team come up with superb modules on leadership, planning and execution. She is a great inspiration to the youth and upcoming leaders.
  • Phyllis Njeri Njoki

    A great team player and consultant with Blossom link services ltd. Has experience of over 5 years in student and youth coaching. A holder of bachelor’s degree in Education from Kenyatta University. She has graduated after four year training in Leadership from Compassion International Leadership Development Program. Project Manager with Givewatts Int’ltd. She has had vast experience in training and consultancy in student and youth empowerment programs in high school and post high school institutions. She is the C.E.O of Mentor Me Initiative (M.E.M.I) Blossom Links Limited. Her passion for student mentorship has given her opportunities to travel far and wide in the country, Tanzania Uganda and USA. She has been a child advocate with Compassion International U.S.A and a student camps Director with Student Life U.S.A. She has worked in camps with students in Kenya and Tanzania and U.S.A through Victory Sports Camps.She is a part time trainer with School Leadership Development Enterprises.
  • Mbinya Mutiso

    Mbinya has a passion for transformational business growth with immense passion for strategic management, organizational capacity assessment, human resource practice, market research, product development, business process improvement and training. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Education, and a Masters’ Degree in Sociology and Community Development. She has over broad experience in training and mentoring gained from working in the banking sector (Co-operative Bank) research and consultancy (Ipsos Synovate) and training (KIM). She also works with young adults in imparting life skills. She is a trained TOT and member of the Professional Trainers Association of Kenya (PTAK)
  • Bora Wilhelmine

    An Associate Director with Blossom link Services Ltd & head of Rwanda Office with a Bachelors Degree in Social sciences from Université libre de Kigali-ULK- 2005-2006, Diploma of public finances, Customs option from High Learning Institute of Public Finance- ISFP Mburabuturo Kigali 1993-1996,Secondary education, Pedagogy option at Lycee Notre Dame des Citaux, Kigali 1978-1982. She is a board member of the Rwandan Private Sector Federation and chairperson of the Rwanda Horticulture Inter professional Organization. She is a TOT in a number of fields namely; corporate governance with IFC/World bank, leadership with AFRICA LEAD/DAI/USAID, Business Edge with IFC/World bank, SME Toolkit with IFC/World bank, Export management with International trade centre/UN, management with East Africa Revenue Authorities Experts, Transformational training with Peak Performance, Management and leadership with Tanzania Revenue Authority, management with Institute of Tax administration (ITA) to mention a few. Her experience has made her travel in various countries (Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Ghana) sharing her experience & transforming others.

    George has over 8 years experience Helping Organizations build and grow performing team. He has enormous experience too in running TNA’s before running a training program. In the last 5 years, George has carried out a training Needs Analysis and facilitated Team Buildings for the following organization – Commercial Bank of Africa, Housing finance, Kenya Airways, Nyayo Tea Zones Development Corporation, Ministry of Justice National Cohesion and constitutional Affairs, Ministry of Public Works among others.
